I totally agree. It mainly depends on what I'd like to talk about but generally I have no problems at all. However, I'd never stand having a female boss, we have a few in my bank and they are believed to be the worst.

It depends on what we are talking about, but on the most part, I find it easier to talk to guys. Most of my friends are guys and I only have 2 really good girl friends that I could tell anything to. Also guys are better at keeping secrets. I told a former friend a secret and she told her boyfriend and two other mutual friends even after I told her not to. If its stuff to do with clothing or makeup or which guy is hot, I talk to my girl friends. Guys just don't like hearing about stuff like that

both of my bosses are male. In fact all of my bosses have been male.

If you ask me what I like most about my job, I'll say the fact that I can tell my boss everything (workrelated of course) - I feel I can tell them what I want to work on, what pisses me off, I can swear and I can joke. They'll never hold any of that against me and they'll do the same. They even complain about their ex-wifes and last night stands to me. Not that that is important - it actually can get quite boring with a boss that has a different fling each night, though I am supposed to remember the latest chicks name at the party/happy hour.

Sorry, I digress. Men - no doubt. As long as we are talking business.

Private - women - any day.

I have no difficulties with both, male or female. But it is much easier to work with younger people then older. Older people are so unflexible! And they think they have all wisdom of this world.
