Almost every large shopping centre has a booth called "Theaterkasse" or "Theater-und Konzertkasse", you can buy tickets to almost every concert in Germany there. (They're connected to the Eventim network, it's like Ticketmaster in the US).

Just look at the website of the shopping mall thats closest to you
