I don't drink so much anymore, but I always thought a pint or two of water about half hour before you got to bed works. And a fry-up goes down a treat aswell. (That is if you don't throw up just by looking at it!)

A few pints of water usually works for me, but thats only if im pretty drunk. Maybe try a couple of pain killers before you go to bed. However i dont think there is anyway of avoiding a hangover if u wer totally ball-bagged the night before, and if there is, i wanna know about it!

when im really drunk i always make sure i have at least one cup of suggary tea before bed. plus if i can find a choc bar i will eat that too. i know someone who drinks a lot of coke in the morning to cure hangovers.

Again, make sure you have sex before going into sleep (wich is more fun drunk anyway).... no hangover...
