Doesn't it bother you...

Now on to another sh!t that bothered me today.
I was working, and as usual I was talking to the customers at the store and there was a lady there with her 2 sons. One of the was carrying her bags which I guess had the stuff she was buying for that day and the kid dropped one bag, it wasn't intentionally since I was there and saw it.
And in that bag was some hair gel which got spilled on the carpet, That lady hit slapped that kid so hard in the face, it was disturbing to see.
I wanted to call social services or something, because to slap a kid hard in the face that couldn't have been more that 7 years old in front of all those people definetly qualifies as child abuse.

Javier, that would really bother me. Did you say anything of it to that lady?

I never said a word to her since the store has a strict policy that the customer is always right but she kind of got the hint when I told the kid it "It's ok dude, I'll clean it", and I asked him if he was ok, he just noded with teary eyes and looked at his mom with a really fearfull stare.
She just looked at me and kind of went away quikly.
