Default dog...

i'm sad to say that...today i have to put my dog down....he's had a heart murmur for awhile now and finally...his heart has given out....he would die within the next 24 hours if we don't take him...but i can't stand to watch him suffer..and just get weaker and weaker...i guess it's best to take him...and end it....i'll miss him so much....and this makes me so increadibly sad....

Oh, I'm really sorry to hear that! Must be a hard decision, but I think it's for the best. At least you can try and be ready to face it.

A big hug!!!

oh im so sorry to hear that! And it is like looseing a member of the family, i had a dog that died with 16 years and when she died it was really sad to everyone in the family, my dad brought her home when i was very young so i always remember her around, playing with her...she died old, sick and blind...

I feel sorry for you. Losing a pet, especially one you're really attached to, is very hard. You have my condolenses.

Adrian

That's sad, I know how you feel. About 3 years ago we had to have our dog put down as he had a tumour or something in his nose that was un-operable, and he kept having serious nose bleeds and it must have been very painful for him. We'd had him since I was about 5 or 6 years old, and it is losing a member of the family, not like losing a member of the family.

Awwww. That's awful! Just the thought of it makes me want to cry. We've had to put a dog to sleep before and it hurt so badly to make that decision. I'm very sorry for what you're going through.

Becky
