I'm so sorry. I know how much it hurts to have to put a pet to sleep.

It's so hard, but it's better for him apparently. No pain anymore and you'll be with him. I am sorry.

I'm so sorry for you and your dog's pain. I know how you fell. 2 years ago one of my cats died cause he had a hard disease, he was just a kitten, my poor little Fluffy.

Runaway: I am so sorry to hear that. I know how you feel. I had to put down Flash a couple of years ago. About 9 days before Christmas because of a blood disease, and it still hurts just as bad now. When I took him into the emergency vet, they said that he would have died by Monday morning, if I didn't put him down then. He was half comatose, and he was only 6. God, I'm starting to tear up now, typing this.

It will take time to heal. You will have the memories of your dog. If you need anything, please feel free to PM or email me. I could even send you a link to a Yahoo Group called Rainbow Bridge. They are real friendly there and will help through your grief. I'm still a member there myself. Just let me know.

That is sad news.. It is so terrible when a pet dies, I understand what you are going through, but I guess in the end it is better for your dog and I'm sure he'll always be with you in spirit.
