I can't access that site. Still, you need to know the right code for you player and you need to know where to get it. It is quite the challenge for some people

its usually as simple as battering in a combination on the remote and I'm about as un techy as you can get.

Just do a search for dvd region codes

Region free, with comp dvd drives all u need is handy little prog to make 'em region free, there's more than one available & they should be easy to find.

stand-alones. while most of them might use keys to make 'em region free, not all of them. For example all Sony dvd's I know of can't be made regionfree with keys. Or they can, but they require programmable remote.
