These are going to be the most "interesting" elections in years. I don't know to what extent the attacks might influence the votes.

I'm off to vote in about an hour

Until 10:30 pm or so we won't know for sure. But so far the participation is the highest in years.

As for who will win - who knows how the attacks have influenced the votes?

The first provisional polls are being unveiled. Interesting that every Tv channel has a different one

Apparently the Popular Party--governing party at the moment--is doing very, very badly. I want to see what the official results will start saying in a while.

I really don't know. Some TV channels are saying they're winning others are saying it's almost a tie, others are giving the Popular Party the victory but by a few votes only. I absolutely have no idea. Still no official numbers, though. Grrrr, I'm getting nervous!!!

No, no, no... Communists are the third party in Spain and even then they're notvery important-. The two main parties are the Popular Party, which has been in power for eight years now and who are right wing-centre and the Socialist Party, which obviously are left wing-centre.

And I think Rubén is with them because he's working for the radio and has to report on them.
