Is their team going to play better because of that? Is it really fun for them getting completely drunk, having a fight with whoever crosses their way, spending the night in prison (free accommodation, I see) and being an embarrassment for English people?
I mean, it's not like other countries don't have their share of it, but England always does have a bunch of them!
