But i just don't think a european president will work.
A king or queen (or some other high symbolic position) could be usefull for people like Bush. He doesn't know where europe is, and he knows few european leaders. If 1 person is the face to the outside, maybe even people like bush can communicate with europe

And the ' kingdom of europe' sounds nice i think. Nice job for me i guess
