I'm never for one single person to represent a whole country, continent or whatever and I'm also not a real fan of the word 'kingdom'. I'm pretty happy that that's over for a long time (at least here). There is no need to bring it back even if it's just symbolic.
But I gotta agree that there must be an institution that represents Europe for showing Bush that it exists on the map and for showing him where it is
