i'm not necesaril;y saying the kremlin is behind this but there's so much shady james bond-esque stuff that goes on in the old eastern bloc's political spheres that i wouldn't be too surprised either.

russian is still pretty much a 3rd world country and I wouldn't put any great sum of money on them not being willing and capable of silencing critics and people who allege crimes like he did.
