Glad to know you're ok Mike, I did actually think about you this morning.

This is just F ucking awful, a packed tube and a bus have been blown apart at rush hour, its devestating. I just hope weve seen the last of the explosions.

For the guys in London...if you can get on to SkyNews, they have this tickertape thing running along the bottom of the screen...on it is a contact no. for people in the UK trying to get info...what we are seeing here is the live feed but the tickertape isn't showing on my tv screen...I still can't find it on their site.

there still could be thats why they have stopped the busses as well
anyone hear from vanessa (vanjovi) ? she works down there

She works in Canary Wharf, so hopefully she is ok - depending where she had to travel from. I have heard an unconfirmed rumour that Al Quaeda have just taken responsibility for it.
