Default Extreme makeover

I was watching a program on tv - scary it was about a reality show in US : extreme makeover, i think it's the name of this show.
We all know US and Brazil are the first for cosmetic surgery, but what they do in this show is ....really strange
I'm sure someone knows something more about it ...
In the first part of this program, they were talking about cosmetic surgery, but for men ! Now I can understand a bit more why men are not all happy with silicon ... I wouldn't find someone who have a false butt, or silicon pecs Don't you thing it's a bit too much sometimes ??

definitely!

i hate these programmes when you have these women on who are complaining that their faces have been ruined because the surgery went wrong...

it's not natural anyway - medical reasons only for me

I haven't seen that show, but i've seen stuff similar to it. And all the while i'm watching it, i'm cringing, yelling at the tv (or the people in the tv) "WHY!?! YOU'RE SO STUPID!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?". There was this one and this guy got silicon calves! (is that how you spell that?). he was the most egotistical man i have ever seen, saying how much EVERY woman swooned over him, and how EVERY woman wants him...I was ready to shoot him, he got me so irritated.

Plastic surgery is STUPID....and very very painful so i've heard on tv. But then again, so are tatoos - and i'm going to get one of those. But that's all totaly different. Plastic surgery is trying to be someone else. It irritates me, mostly because i'm all for the Be-Yourself-and-Don't-Give-a-Sh!t-What-People-Think-About-You campaign.

Best way to be - but why get a tattoo???

I ask genuinely since I'm gonna get one but only because I'm a guitarist and I feel I need one on my right bicep whilst I solo

You get a tattoo to express your individual self. And i'm not going to get a cliche tattoo or anything, because then that's not myself - it's everyone else. If anyone gets a tattoo, then it needs to be self reflective.
sorry, i'm being real annoying with me telling be yourself! don't follow other people! climb out onto your own limb and jump into your self created sea! Sorry, but it's a connection i make with the tattoos (and mostly everything else in life )

That's not a nice connection to make with BJ!!

I also forgot, when i was watching the one on MTV, they said that Jon Bon Jovi has what plastic surgeons call "THE PERFECT PROFILE". Hee hee - I thought that was great, because i didn't expect anything from BJ, either. They were showing pictures and pointing out his nose and chin, and whatever else...i haven't seen it for a while.

I saw that one too, on MTV. Plus, they had those two skinny girls who were getting lipo. so they could appear in Playboy. They didn't get chosen regardless.
