Eyes!

Eye contact is seen as threatening behaviour if it's prolonged - hence why dogs growl and become agitated if you stare at them. To say that somebody is lying because they cannot keep eye contact is therefore fallible. If you're talking to somebody in authority or somebody you like sexually it is easy to become intimidated and the body's knee-jerk reaction is to avoid direct eye contact.

I heard from one of my friends who studied psychology at university that a lie is given away by subconcious twitches of muscles between the eye-brows - somebody a little more knowledgeable may be able to elaborate a further but it sounds like an interesting theory........

i've never know much about eye reading but I do know that reading red letters hurts my eyes.
