Yeah we got them here aswell, but there is like chicken or turky in them right. I heard that u can better eat 1 hamburger/cheeseburger than 1 of those 'healthy' salades .. its seems there are more calories in the salad than in the burger .. LOL

you probably read my answer in that thread. Something like this is very good for their image (attention: irony). I mean, they already have the image of a band for housewifes in row houses. And stuff like this for sure won't help. Rockband and cooking recipes fits great together (attention again: irony).

But it seems that most people are very excited about this.

This magazine was crap. .throughout the years....but it`s gonna be worse.
I know ,it`s all about the band..but he just think what the press will do if they find out the fanzine has recepies for too fat people???? Ough...I don`t wanna read those comments

Ive got it , their trying out recipes on people to entice them to Richies new restaurant, which at this rate will turn into a new health club with the BJ boys giving daily exercise workouts to Live on a prayer not a burger

The magazine has been crap for the last couple of (read: many) years, but this just scrapes the bottom ~ diet recipes?!

Are you kidding?? What are their comments? Oh boy... some people just like everything the band does.... Don't they have their own opinions??

Maybe it has nothing to do with liking everything the band does, but instead people are just excited about getting some new recipes. Different strokes for different folks.

You guys are making way to much of this.
Someone started a weightloss thread over there in Non Jovi. Mrs. B read it and thought it would be a good idea to add 1 or 2 low fat recipes in the fanzine. If there is room. This isn't going to be pages and pages of recipes.
One or two small ones. She even specified they need to be no longer then 1 paragraph. They certainly aren't going to bump any band news out of the fanzine for a recipe. Mouse is right. It has nothing to do with liking what the band does. Just an idea Mrs B had, to share new low fat recipes with other BJ fans.

Here is the exact post:

"Mrs B said she heard about the weight loss thread and is very excited. Being a diabetic and wanting to lose weight has been such a challenge. She would love to share your recipes in the newsletter as long as they are, simple and quick.

She means she doesn't want 3 pages of ingredients and spend 4 hours in the kitchen.
Has to be like one paragraph from start to finish, to post in this newsletter, so we can share them with our brothers and sisters around the world.

Put the total calorie count.
Send in to the FC ASAP for this coming issue.

PS Everything included from soup to entrees to appetizers to salads and deserts.
Use your imagination if you can think of any more.

And don't worry if it doesn't hit this issue, if we get enough we will share them in future issues.
