but its still going to take another year before they actualy ban it in 2008 .Why the hell has it got to take so long ? they showed a small clip of a dog about to be skinned alive last night as it was tied to the fence it wagged its tail .Then the bastard was going to start skinning it alive from its paws upwards .How can the EU take so long??
