I put on a fireworks display every 4th of July with my friends. Its no big deal. We're always very responsible around them. Adults watch and supervise. Its like a big neighborhood party. No one has ever gotten hurt, except for 2 years ago, when I burned myself with a match.

I don't think fireworks shouldn't be sold. That's taking away from millions of other people, simply because of the stupidity of another group of people. If store owners just enforced the laws about not selling to people under 21, this would all be resolved without having to take a fun activity away from many, many people. As for only selling in bulk, or to licensed users, that cuts out thousands of people. Me, my parents, and my friends always buy in small quantities, as we don't have the money to buy the huge packages. Licensing users, will cut out even more people. Wouldn't it be better instead of creating all these new laws, rules, and regulations, if we just enforced the ones we already have, that have worked quite well for decades?
