if you drink milk you might have brittle-bone disease when you get older...
funny-sounding word for osterporosis
btw: calcium (the lack of it causes brittle bone disease) is not only in milk... and if you are really into milk then pour it into coffee (= cafè olé ) but in tea it's crime i drink my tea with the juice of a lemon and a leaf of peppermint on ice now that it's ****ing hot outside

Yes, the USA is a fat nation. I think this is the country with the most obesity. Why? Our portions are way too big and we rely on fast food too much. I know people who eat out every meal because they don't have time to cook at home. As a whole, we emphasize work, school, extra curricular activities and anything else above being home. People eat a lot of fried foods and rich foods. I think the fact that they sell deep fried twinkies in NYC says it all. LOL

Then there's the multi-billion dollar "loose weight without effort" industry. In a society where the average woman is a size 12 to 14, people who are a size 6 are made to feel "fat" because beauty is equated with being ridiculously thin.
