Hey, Dawn!

We pulled off a win against the Bengals, and quite a good one at that. It should serve as a confidence boost. We'll see if we're any good next Sunday when we play the Colts.

Haven't been keeping up with the baseball at all. I'm more of a contact sport kinda girl. lol. I've been watching hockey. I'm loving these Penguins games.

Congrats on beating the Rams! What is SF's record now?

Hi Drum,

Been away this week , really ill. Anyway , SF is now 4-1, they beat Seattle at the weekend, by a TD. Got to say that I wasnt that impressed with SF win, its good to get a win, but I thought they could have walked over Sea and they didnt. Think the defence was lacking.

Im gettting the Pitts game this weekend so ,that will be interesting being able to watch them. I think and hope they win for you, better not let my dad hear that he is an Indy fan, born there.

Oh I hate hockey with a passion, I can never see where the Puck went

Hey, Dawn!

Glad you're back! I know a virus has been going around in these parts. Hope I don't catch it! Hope you're back to full strength!

Yes, I would think that the 9ers could of easily taken the Seahawks, but at least they pulled it out. That's a great record there, 4-1. I'm so jealous.... LOL!

The high school team is doing pretty well here. We are no longer undefeated, but things are looking great. Our last game was a tough win. It was amazing that they pulled it off. So when the Steelers are giving me heartache, I have the Cougars to heal it!

Of course, I got Bounce on the 8th. Amazing! Another great showing by our boys!

Too bad about your 9ers, Dawn! I thought they would win that one!

The Monday night game was great! I was really enjoying that one. Too bad Bettis sprained his knee, though. But we have other running backs who, I think, can carry the load for him while he's away.

Homecoming is this week! I hope we pull off a win. If we win the next 2, we can make state playoffs! If we win 1 more, we make sub-regionals. So things are looking pretty good!

Hope your football luck gets better, Dawn!!!

Congrats on the win, Dawn! Sittin' pretty on top... Not bad at all!!!

Steelers made their way to the top of the AFC North as well. Things have definitely been changing around! It's Maddox, he gave the team a lift.

I did hear about the fantasy football thing. I should've signed up then. Now I'll just keep procrastinating. I really should work on that...

Just to give you an update on the old HS here, we've made the conference play-offs, and we need one more win for state play-offs. It would be so great if we could pull off a championship!!!

You should have seen us at the last game. It was raining and absolutely freezing! By the end of the 3rd quarter we bailed out. My friend lives nearby so we walked down there. I hated to leave the game, but there is much to be said for keeping one's toes...

Hi Drum,

You got the first draw , couldnt split you apart, was the game that good at the weekend ,didnt get any of it here. My 9ers did good.

Do you know if you live in NY/NJ which team they would pick Gaints or Jets, they must get kinda confused if you live in NY!!!!!!!!!

Hey, Dawn!

Yep, we couldn't pull of the win. It's a weird thing to have a tie. The coaches didn't know what to tell the team except, "We didn't lose," but the team said they felt it was a loss anyway. They felt they should have won, but a tie is better than nothing!

About the whole NY/NJ thing... I'm not really sure. I think that New York is mainly Jets and New Jersey is mainly Giants. Also, don't forget about Buffalo! They have more teams than they know what to do with, I guess.

I saw that post about BJ being at the Super Bowl. That's so awesome! I can't wait to see that!

And for the record, the HS team is done. First round of the play-offs we were outted by the 7th ranked team in double OT. Oh well. It was an amazing season, and everyone really enjoyed it.

Talk to you later, hon.
