the script goes something roughly like

Homer:- i'd like to borrow money to buy a pony.

Mr Burns:- (sarcastically) ohhh how nice smithers he wants to buy a pony to ride and play with (stone faced seriousness) that is what u want it for isn't it, your not going to eat it are you?


as i say thats very roughly off the top of my head wot burns says but it has me in stitches everytime. im actually laughing just now thinking about it
