For those in the USA...

Tut Tut Goose.... Someone doesn't know their history. We are celebrating the first feast between the Pilgrims and the Native Americans. I like this time of the year. We have friends coming, and my Grandpa who is suffering from an illness with memory loss so it's always good to see him. My mom loves to cook so we are taking a big Turkey and puting it on the smoker. Smoked Turkey is really good. Other than that... NFL has the tradition of 2 Thanksgiving day games, and the Cowboys have played every year so we will be fixated on that! We LOVE the Cowboys! Pretty average year here. We are used to a HOUSELOAD of company. Now that we moved, are old neighbors don't come up to see us anymore. That includes my best friend. I will be spending my time doing make-up-work for school. My grades need to improve!

I didn't murder anybody... Nobody really knows exactley what happened. We thought the Indians could be hostile. They thought we were hostile. It was a time of happiness and we get blamed today for something others did in the past. Weren't these Pilgrims from European countries?

and yeah, they were "European" (thats why we kicked em out and told em to find somewhere else to go)

Well, documents are documents... Back then the records could be false... Some say we (USA, Europeans) are to blame... Others say the Indians are to blame. I don't really agree with kicking a group of people out of a place. Indians had homes until we moved in. Then they were treated like the African Americans during the 1960's. They were just given whats left which is wrong.

Over the break, I plan on spending Thanksgiving with my family at my aunt's house. On Friday I'm helping a friend with some computer problems. On Saturday a group of friends and myself will be causing unrest in the local area by Christmas carolling much too early.

Turkey on Christmas..yuck!!! Give me lasagna any day.

We usually have turkey, but then again, our Thanksgiving isn't a month before Christmas

I should clarify. Nothing wrong with having turkey, but I would prefer some nice homecooked Italian food on Christmas!
