if you take a look at the history lady, you'll find out that we have more f-1 champions than germany (at least i think so... )

btw: ralfs schumacher's (for all the english ones: "schuhmacher"="shoemaker" ) biggest problem are austrian speed-o-meters... he lives in salzburg (austria) and seems to be still not aware that austria has, unlike germany, a speed limit on highways... he's in press for speeding twice a week- wonder if they ever took his driving licence

well, he is a racer after all :P
he needs practise
so when i'm pulled cause of speeding i'm gonna tell the cop that i only practised for an audition at ferrari

Go Schumi go.
I like Ralf Schumacher better
Me too. I really hope that Ralf (or anyone else for that matter) would beat Michael. I have nothing against M. Schumacher (it is Schumacher, not Schuhmacher, isn't it?) but the races last year were really boring when Ferrari won almost every GP. F1 hasn't been very interesting since Mika Häkkinen left but, as Laura said, I hope Kimi will take his place. Montoya will be pretty strong, too, I think.

Go Finland Go!! (at least we're the best in rally )

And Ralf is never going to win anything. He's more like Irvine, racing isn't his strong suit, at least not on the track...

Rubino might score few victories, same as DC, but the real fight is going to be between the teammates of the three I mentioned; Schumi, Kimi and J-P. They're the only ones in good enough teams who know how to drive fast...

Unless something really drastic happens, it's gonna be Ferrari on the pole again. Unfortunately.

Yes, Damon Hill DID have the best car (although I believe that Benetton was better in '95) but people very often forget that he had a big part in making Williams what it was when he was their test driver in '92. In fact, Hill was considered a wonderful test driver throughout his whole career. Frentzen and Villeneuve just couldn't do the same job and we all know what happened to Williams after '97. OK, Renault's departure had a big part in their slump.

About Hill's driving abilities... what about his three wins in a row in '93 against drivers like Prost and Senna? And in Suzuka '94 when he outdrove Schumacher in a pouring rain? And what about Hungary '97 when he dominated the whole race with ARROWS!?

Hill drove for four different teams in F1 and he put three of them in the podium. That's pretty impressive. Also remember he was over 30 years old when he got to F1 and had no money to buy his seat like some people do nowadays. He got there because he worked hard.

Maybe Damon Hill wasn't the best but he was good enough to win World Championship and 22 GPs.

Hmm... How does this relate to Autralian GP? DC, JPM, Kimi and Schumi...

Guess what, they were on the pole...

But how about that Kimi! From the last place to third (and he would've won without the software error, that caused him to speed in the pitlane...)

That was the most interesting GP in a long time!! It definately was worth waking up at 5 am Although I thought it would be better go back to sleep when I saw that Kimi was going to start from the last place... But I'm glad I didn't I hope the rest of the season will be as interesting and Ferraris won't take all the victories...

I like the new rules. I´m glad Schumi didn´t win. It´s refreshing. Wasn´t this the first time in some 180 days that he didn´t get to the podium. That guy is iron(Schumi).
