Yes, it would if that was all the person was interested in. But I suppose it could be just people who collect various things from history. I understand what you mean though.

here we have a law that prohibits reactivation of the nazi stuff- which also prohibits you of owning swastica flags or anything which is directly connected to the hitler era- so you would be allowed to buy it elsewhere but you are not allowed to bring it to austria...
for sure it's crap that one country tells another country what to do but the u.s. gov. does that every day so i don't think bout the french thing as a big deal...
bout the turban things: again here we have something which is called freedom of (religious) worship- so everybody is allowed to choose his/her religion by his free will and everybody is free to show it i.e. in wearing a cross on a necklace or in wearing turban- everywhere! didn't see any problems with that so far so that i think we should keep it!!! the french suggestion is for me a quite stupid act which is derived from their weird president....
