yes, it's definately worth seeing

although you may not be able to relate to all of it ( wegen der DDR und so) but i promise you will have some really good laughs

I don't know exactly if you meant that, but in Finland we don't dub foreign series and films. We have subtitles, but we don't dub the shows like they do in central Europe. That helps in understanding the original comedy, even if the subtitles are sometimes very lame, the original language gives out the comedy.
