In Holland here we have Amerika, Engeland (England) & Moscou (Moscow) in the providence Drenthe,
Frankrijk (France), Engeland & Californië in the providence Gelderland,
Engeland & Nederland (Netherlands) in the providence of Overijssel,
America in the providence of Limburg,
Denemarken (Denmark) in the providence of Groningen,
Egypte (Egypt) in the providence of Noord-Brabant,
Moskou (Moscow) & Nieuw Amerika (New America) in the providence of Friesland ...
and probably a lot more

Las Vegas is a small village on one of the Canary Islands, Gran Canaria. I have a photo to prove it.

And why dig up a 2 year old thread?

Yeah but that lesson-structure in Germany still consist out of basics from for the 2nd world war.
Africa was the next target after Europe, school teached that part already in advance....

TD, I read this post some 3 times and can't make sense out of it. Are you suggesting I am sooo freaking old that my geographic lessons were prior to WWII?????
