i have to disagree with you. from what i can see germany and france won't benefit from having romania in the EU. the reason being that the european structure fonds that are now flowing into eastern germany to build up the economy and school will be very much reduced. instead they will focus on the newly joined countries. same with france. so as an actual fact we will have more disadvantages from that...
