I'm sure they're won't be any direct benefit from having Romania in. However, a more united Europe will certianly benefit Germany and France. At the moment, the power balance, with respect to influence in Europe rests with France and Germany. Britain is sort of hung between Europe and America, so F,G do have the main say in Europe. The more powerful, and strong Europe is, the more beneficial it is to Germany and France..... Especially as this question of war could possiably shift the power influence in Europe more over to Britain, and thus the US (that's if war goes ahead, and it's successful).
