Default Grammys Are Rubbish

I know no one really cares about them anymore, but have you ever noticed that when you don't like something, it ends up attracting you to watch it? Well I am watching the Grammys and just to prove my point that they are horrible is that they peek rap wanna-be Justin Timberlake over artists such as Sting, Warren Zevon, and George Harrison. I just think it's sad. They only pick people to win who came out more currently and are more popular among MTV watchers

Yeah I fell out of my chair over that one.

I did enjoy Prince in the begining of the show. But as far as the Justin Timberwank winning..

I think the entire thing is terrible. Do we really need to see Justin and Beyonce perform twice??? And Justin beat George Harrison!!

That Beatles tribute with Sting, Dave Matthews and Vince Gill wasn't so hot either. Dave Matthews sang the wrong damn words to the song.

I think the worst so far is Sting singing Roxanne with Sean Paul. Yeah, that worked well.

Don't mind me, I am bitter right now as this just re-inforced the fact that music today is God awful.

I turned it off. I couldn't take it anymore.

Why the hell would he sing that with a guy who sings reggae/r&b? Then again, he did a song with Craig David, so anything is possible.

I have no idea. There Sting is, singing in his black dress, and Sean Paul comes on stage and mumbles some crap that didn't fit in at all.

I think its hilarious seeing Justin Timberlake out there "performing" behind a piano trying to rock out when hes playing the same 3 chords over and over again.

The best part of this whole show so far was Jon and George's wives accepting and award for them and Ringo and Paul on the screen. I can't stand any of the performances. The Foo Fighter's are probobly going to be the best act tonight.

Yeah, it was nice to see Ringo, Paul and Yoko along with George's wife. I also thought Justin looked like a 12 year old on crack during both of his performances.

I liked Prince...of course I loved him back in the 80's.

But I am so sick and tired of Justin. I had wanted the Warren Zevon song to win...I like that song. But noooo Cry Me a Freakin' River won.

Prince was okay. It would have been better if Beyonce was left out of it though.

What about Madonna holding out for the applause that never came?? Hehehe..old hag that she is now.

Okay, I am done complaining.

Didn't Sting record a version of Roxanne with P.Diddy? That version was horrible!

I didn't waste my time with the Grammys. I can't stand the majority of music played on the radio today. Even my ever faithful Edge 102 (rock station) has betrayed me by playing Outkast's Hey Ya
