Yes, sounds to me like your battery is done. You need a new one.
I had this a few years ago, had to charge it every time I wanted to go for a drive, it was ridiculous. In the end, got a new battery, only cost about 50 euros (including installing) and worth twice as much as I could drive hassle free!!!
