She is Canadian, but to answer your question, we get around it.

Well, I got out of work Wednesday night and the battery on my car was dead. I have a new manager at work threatening to fire everyone who doesn't do things the way he does. Mind you, he comes from a store that does $100,000 in sales a day to our store that does $300,000 a day! Things are going to be different! And all the friggen snow birds (that's what we call the retired folks who live up north for the summer and come to Florida for the winter!) have returned. Grrrr......

and why, may i ask, weren't you stumbling with them?!
Because the past two nights I had been up until 3 and was dead tired. The sad thing was that they weren't drinking. They were just being obnoxious!

As Mouse pointed out below, I am Canadian and the legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. In Quebec it's only 18 But there are ways to get around the drinking age. Everyone does it. I'm not 19 yet but that hasn't stopped me from buying my own liquor. But in a few days I will be able to legally purchase and consume alcoholic beverages

Get around it? Most don't even acknowledge it.

Ah the snowbirds!!! The Canadian dollar has been trading higher than it has in the past 6 years. I wouldn't be that surprised if more snowbirds come down! Sorry Jen!

I recently saw DLR with Sammy Hagar and it was one kick ass concert! Thought I would like Sammy better, but David Lee stole the show! Well, hope your day gets better.
