I disagree. We really have the capability to level Baghdad, but have not.

The Iraqis also have the ability to kill more people than they might be doing, but they are not. The coalition forces don't care about Iraqis, you just need to look at how they abandoned them after the last war to see that. Oh, and also the bombing of civilian sites such as a TV station and a market.

Do the Iraqis have that capability?? What makes you think that?

If we don't care, back to my original question, why not just level Baghdad?

Sorry, I meant the ability to kill more innocent Iraqis than they might be doing.

yeh... the people who rebelled against Sadam and were waiting for US support to come and "liberate them"

this of course did not happen and they were all killed

One reason for this war is the fact that Saddam has weapons of mass destruction. By saying "they have the ability to kill more people", you agree with this?

I don't think the mission at that time was to liberate the Iraqi people.

No, I mean that they could just shoot some (more?) innocent Iraqi's if they wanted to.

I had a point somewhere, but I seem to have misplaced it.

When you find it, let me know.
