guys: theoretical question

Have you tried the police? If they can't help, I'm not exactly adverse to vigilante style justice, just make sure no one is permanently damaged, ok? I wouldn't drive for 'em, in case someone does get hurt bad or killed, but I'd go out and get the guys one by one, weed the attackers down one at a time. You'd be amazed what a large sized bookweight is good for... theoretically.

Unless you want to take the risk of ending up in jail yourself, I'd stay far away from that situation. I know it's hard when one of your friends is hurt, but imagine the guilt your friend would feel if something happened to you while defending him.

sorry bud but thats not how it works here and even if they were told they'd do nothing anyways. the onoly way to get through to these people is through their own means.

anyways i've been thinking it over alot and decided i'm not going to drive for them cos whilst i'm all for kicking there asses, i refuse to do something like this with someone i'm worried about meeting ie my friends workmate who's done time for attempted murder.

anyways i dont mind being there for them getting a serious beating but the way it's going, it sounds like one of them is getting worse than that if u catch my drift. if someone gets a beating, no one knows who it is and no one tells the police. if someone finds a body lying in the middle of the street there's alot of people wanting to know what it's all about y'know.

This is a bit off topic, but......years ago a family down the street shot and killed our dog. We could never catch them *out and about* to physically do anything to them. So in the middle of the night we went to their property and trashed their house--spray painted it, broke windows, etc. After they fixed everything, we were going to go back again--but never did.
