Forgotten you all??? Pffff ..... neVAH!!!
You all are so great! Thanks so much for the wishes and thinking of me - I love you all! Work had a little party with cake and song and all .... A few of my staff took me out for lunch and I got another song there (...sheesh...), evening was pretty unimpressive. Cleaning house and work :S However, yesterday, my son and I went to the symphony which was spectacular. It was a fundraiser and Alice in Chains played some 3 songs with the orchestra .... totally cool. As for the sex-life ... I am afraid I am a disappointment to you all Between work and travel for work and the occasional catching up on sleep, I don't even time to think about 'it' --- or 'him' for that matter. The 'he' situation has pretty much resolved itself. For one we had somewhat of a talk aobut it and he thought it was silly not to sleep with someone at work and I thought that was quite an immature reaction and that took the entire magic away. Kinda. I also got another guy on my project and the dynamics have shifted dramatically. 'He' and I aren't able to spend as much time staring at each other at work anymore and the new guy and I get along really well (on a pure platonic level) which takes away my attention from 'him'. Not sure if that explains it well, but basically the magic is gone :S .... hybernating is probably a better word and I have no intention of waking it again. In fact, we had scheduled a business trip to the same location at the same time and I convinced him that was not a good idea (for work reasons ... bla bla) and he changed his trip to another time. The end. For now.UKJovi: I tried the 27 but the waiter gave me the 'raised eyebrow' the last thing anybody needs on their birthday .... the raised eyebrow..... sigh.Alex: Thanks for that txt --- I was having lunch with 'him' when I got it and thought it was hysterical!!!! Aure: I haven't forgotten about our ice-cream party! I promise I am still on... just trying to find time... Panama: a dream? and me in it??? YESSSSSS!!!!
