You are just milking it for all its worth!

I bet you will even do it again next year!

Drinking just doesn't appeal to me. I see it as a waste of money; it leaves you out of pocket, makes you vomit, and the next day gives you a headache...and afterwards you have nothing to show for it.

I spend my money on things like DVD's, CD's, books and electronic stuff...things I can use again and again.

fair point but as my girlfriend says, i'd rather spend money and make memories than collect possesions (kinda ironic considering the amount of shite she buys)

meaning it's better to have something to look back on than to have material possesions, ive got alot of stuff but theres very little i would swap for a good night out with my mates with something memorable happening.

Everyone has different views on things I suppose...although I don't collect all of my stuff for that reason...I collect it to use it. None of my equipment or DVD's or books hold any sentimental value...if I lost or damaged something, I could replace it easily enough.

It is usally women (no offense girls) who collect most stuff...namely clothes. They buy loads and loads, wear them once, and then they end up doing nothing but taking up space in a drawer.

At least all of my stuff gets used again and again.

Oh, and I'm not saying I don't like going out, or making "memories" in the sense that you mean. I just don't go to bars drinking...instead I'd rather go to the cinema with my friends, or stay in and play games or watch TV (etc).
