Happy NYE from Oz...it is as 'hot as hades' here [got to 43'c yesterday, is sitting around 38'c at present]...hottest NYE we've had for quite a while, so I'm betting there will be a lot of beers etc downed tonight.

We have some family/friends coming over when the sun has set - [so about 8:30 - 9:00pm]...we intend to drink all the beer etc, then go down to the beach [about 5 min walk from here] to watch the fireworks over the water and then come back here and cook our now traditional midnight BBQ.
