Default Harry Potter

I watched both movies a couple of times this week and loved them. I'm reading the first book now too. My friend Sonya is a big Harry Potter buff and I think I'm becoming one. Eeeek.

I read all the books last summer, but I haven't seen any of the movies yet. My younger brother likes them, but he's starting to outgrow that.

I read them when my daughter was into them (she still loves them) and I really liked them. I belong to a reading group and we read the first book because it had been on the NYTimes bestseller list for so long. We all loved it - no matter what our ages. I have always had a theory about childrens books - good writing is good writing no matter what age it is written for.

Was this the first time you had seen them, Becky? The Chamber of Secrets, in my opinion, is the better of the 2. My kids are already asking me to take them when The Prizoner of Azkaban is released June 4th. I enjoy the movies but haven't read the books.

I have never read the books but the movies are pretty good! I saw The Chamber Of Secrets with a friend that I had liked at the time. So I didn't really remember much of the movie after we got out of the theater. I was too busy being googly eyed over her! Anyways, the movies are great and I am looking forward to the next one in June!

I watched The Sorcerer's Stone a while back (also when I was sick) and saw the Chamber of Secrets the first time last Saturday. I have to be sick to devote 2 1/2 to 3 hours to a movie. LOL But I've watched #1 again this week, along with #2 again. They've been on HBO all week and I've been sick all week.

Yeah... I finally got around to watching that QVC video too. LOL And making a video for a girl. I wish I had the equipment to transfer videos to VCDs. I'd love to share The Great Music Experience. It was a great performance.

I tried taping the QVC video and it didn't work. I was so dissapointed because I really wanted to keep that. Just for the live performances and of course my favorite song Bounce. I was so pissed! Oh well, just my luck!

I really enjoyed all of the Potter books. I already can't wait for the next one.
