I dunno, I always saw Ron & Hermione getting together. Harry & Hermione to me were always friends, never saw anything more happening between them.


I wonder will get get the grand ending we are all expecting though...It will be interesting to see

Finished it today!!

Still in shock over Dumbledore's death and the way it came. Was hoping against hope for some kind of resurrection and also I was thinking Snape would be the one to die when he broke the Unbreakable Vow I can't imagine how the next one will be without Dumbledore - wonder who will help Harry.

I love Ginny, Becky. When I was rereading OotP I realised how much space she got there and saw it as a possibility. I never was that sure about Hermione/Harry. And I think the way Ron acts is perfect - many teenage boys act like that.

My guess on RAB was Sirius's brother (Regulus Black) and I've checked and it looks like it could be so.

I really have liked the book. The two first chapters (second especially) are brilliant, and love Harry now that he has sort of overcome his uncontrollable angst a little. I'm really looking forward to the next one. Too bad we have to sit and wait about two years for it - and it will be the last one

Same here. Because Hermione is Harry's equal they couldn't be an item, they are destined just to be friends. I also think Ron and Hermione would be great together.. they will keep each other grounded.

Do you people think Hogwarts will open then even if Harry (and possibly Ron & Hermione) don't attend? It will be weird to see Hermione giving up on school though. Or will the teachers join or help Harry?

Maybe the school will be forced to be closed and then it will be perfectly okay for Hermione to miss school..

I dunno if he is dead...I think he is. Wasnt Sirius the only one of the black family still alive and thats why all his things went to Harry when he died?

I think they'll get together too. I think there were lots of hints in favour for Ron/Hermione. Although there were some in favour of Harry/Hermione. But now you know where the hand grabbing gesture in Azkaban the film came from (I remember you didn't like it, Becky :P).

Ginny has been described very similarly to Lily which when you think about it was probably a *major* hint.

Sirius was definitely the last of the Blacks, Sinead. That's why Harry inherited Grimmauld Place and all that.

Regulus is said to have been killed by the Death Eaters though Sirius doubted he was important enough to be killed by Voldemort himself, but maybe he was wrong and he was more important than he thought. Especially if he went and destroyed the horcrux.

Once again a silly death - Dumbledore's. If they hadn't gone to fetch the "fake" horcrux things would have been different.

And Ginny has always liked Harry.. that started in Chamber of Secrets..

But how did Regulus die??????

I have a feeling Dumbledore will be back though.. kind of like Gandalf in LOTR or even Aslan in The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe...
