Gee Vallie - I'm so sorry your computer got screwed up. I have recommended those things to many people and they never had the problem you did. But still - SORRY A messed up computer is a bad thing.

Ow jeee Kathleen, don't have to say sorry at all ... The computer-man (hehe) also said there must have been a problem before (by popups programs can install itself ... no viruses but can be as bad he told me) ... So I guess by installing the program and scanning the pc the bad thing came out and gave all those probs ...
