Default Help send my friend to Canada

My friend Mark lives here in Canada with me and his girlfriend lives in California. It's an internet thing. They've never met before but have bene talking online and over the phone for nearly 3 years now, and they're so in love with each other. I offered to let her stay at my house, here in Canada for the Christmas break. Slowly she's building up money for the plane ticket but is 375 american dollars short. I'm really not expecting anyone to donate any money but I'm just covering all bases I can for a few dollars here and there. She's looking like crazy for a job and is afraid she won't have enough money in time. She's clinically depressed and an insomniac so she really needs this. She's so in love with Mark and this could help.

Keep in mind, I'm not begging or asking for money so I don't need any stupid comments. I'm just keeping my options open, and who knows, maybe someone would be kind enough to donate a dollar or two. If you donate, please PM me the amount, just so I know.I'm just grabbin at straws here, kinda hopin someone feels generous.

I'm just trying to help a friend, and can prove that I'm not full of shit and my intentions are true. Someone sent her 2 dollars recently and she started crying. This means so much to her so any amount counts.

It's a Paypal Account: soldierofseasons@yahoo.com

Thanks for your time.

Heh, It's fine, really. I'm not asking for money, really. I'm just posting the link should anyone feel the need to help her out.

Has she considered taking Amtrak? Obviously it would take longer but it would be much less expensive than flying.

I agree. Longer, but less money for sure.

Don't worry, problem solved!

I have family in Canada who have dispatched their pet moose to pick her up. They say how does 4 o clock Monday sound?
