US team won't even try to get good players, because if they do, it gets even more humiliating - they'll lose anyway, like in Nagano, Japan 1998.

So much for passion for ice-hockey. It's all business in US.

But despite this, Denmark was fabulous! :P :P

Hih. Team USA are playing here in the city where I live, and I saw some of the players last night at 3am... At least I think it was the players, who in their right minds would come from USA to Finland to see the crappy team play?? No wonder they aren't doing well... Even their coach said that the team is notorious for having a good time outside the ice, and they're trying to keep them from doing it this time Right on, Heppinen, so much for passion for ice hockey. The coach also said that they want to do well, but that by now there are probably 300 people in the US who know that they're playing for the championships... With the amount of interest even the players show for this tournament, it's no wonder the public isn't interested in ice hockey. If they're trying to raise the awareness of the sport in US, they aren't doing a very good job...

Finland-Slovenia tonight, my guess is 6-1 And the reason I think they're going to score the one is that Hurme is the goalie instead of Kuivanen. It's gonna be funny, this is probably the first and the last time in Hakametsä that both the Tappara and Ilves fans will want the lynx to lose For once, Tampere stands as one, undivided

Was it great to see the game live, Late? I was so jealous of you, wish I could've been there on Saturday.

Sorry about this rambling once again Mulla on omaakivaa USA:n ja Slovenian ilveksien kustannuksella. Hih.

That's for sure. I haven't heard a thing about it.

He's a great asset to the Swedish team! In one minute Sweden went from being a mediocre team to one of the best teams in the games, with Forsberg and Sundin joining the team...

Hope we will meet you in the finals Then we'll see who takes it home this year!
