The threads are pretty obvious, just avoid them if you're not interested.

It's a massive event probably only overshadowed by the Olympics and World Cup and alot of people on here will be watchign and are interested in it.

well then it makes sense that there'll be alot of threads regarding it. the people are entitled to post what they want and for the next month alot of it's going to graviate towards football.

Ryan, If we have to put up with countless threads about your girlfriend, your gilrfriends graduation, her birthday, whats shes had for her dinner etc or your endless im back, im off posts, im sure you can cope with this for a couple of weeks Like it or not its popular round here, thats why theres going to be many topics about it. No point opening a sports forum for a few weeks, just for this tournament.

Yep, that's what I don't understand either. To begin with it's *only* a message board so no need to get all upset just because there are a few threads on football. And secondly, why don't people read what they're about to read? If the title is so obvious as these are they don't need to even open it, and even if they do, well - close it then and that's it!!

Also I agree that only one thread may be quite confusing for the discussions on several matches. Maybe one thread would be okay for general comments and then one thread per match discussed. I insist I DON'T like football but I'm really okay with this. Don't see the point og making a fuss about it, honestly.
