No true but if it would happen in Belgium for example it wouldn't have been the same way then when it happened in the USA ...
Vallie, it didn't only have to do with the fact that it was in America! They attacked the Twin Towers, 2 of the largest buildings in America in hijacked aircrafts with people aboard. It was the sheer audacity of the attack in addition to America never having a terrorist attack on American soil. And don't forget, it was a miracle that "only" 3000 people died in New York, on any given day, over 100.000 could have been in those towers, including people who worked there and tourists. Of course Iran is an unbelievable tradegy and I hope that the aid that goes there helps, but you can't compare a natural disater to a man-made attack like 9/11.

Now, just to make it clear !!!!!!!! I hope no one misunderstands me ... I do feel terrible about the attacks on September 11th too !!!! It shouldn't have happened and tooo many people were killed! I know that and it stays sad !! I also don't mean they talk too much about the USA ... no, I just think there won't be that much talking about what happened in Iran withing months ... Not too forget 25.000 people (and probably more were killed!) As I said, the cause was different and I realise that !!!!
But doesnt anyone agree that the USA feels pretty more important then other countries... Do you think if that saaaaame tragedy would happen anywhere else it would be the same afterwards?
