no i read perfectly well. we're not talking about posting in other languages (which is not totally wrong imo and has happened several times i think) but about whether the non native english speakers are allowed to make mistakes or not. not all people know good english but that doesn't mean they should not participate in discussions here.
i don't think there are people who can't talk, write or understand english at all and post here frequently. more or less all of us know some basic english.
