It's even worse when the person you're with is gabbing at you in a theater because then, they're annoying everyone else as well.

yeah these thimgs sound petty at first but it all builds up, i remember before seeing terminator 2 my cousin told me the WHOLE story

I get so embarassed when that happens. I usually just comment once or twice... but then someone (usually my boyfriend) starts talking about something he was just reminded of, and I have to tell him to be quiet...

I hate when people do that! It's one of my biggest pet peeves. My aunt likes to do that to me all the time. Even if I'm just watching a TV program, she'll come in and start talking to me while I'm trying to concentrate on something. I remember when we went to see The Incredible Hulk at the movies there were a bunch of annoying teenagers running around talking. I couldn't take it anymore and went over to them and yelled at them. I simply reminded them that there were other people there who paid money to actually watch a movie, not listen to them play.

Go Jenn!!!

My mom is notorious for talking during movies and tv shows. The worse shows tend to be ones like Six Feet Under and Sopranos. She'll be like "Who is that" and "I can't believe they just did that". Or even worse, she'll talk on the phone while I'm watching something
