Sorry didnīt mean to sound rude. And didnīt mention it cause I thought it was obvious that that was the first thing to do.

And I didnīt call HP the first thing cause I had this problem with my home comp and it was night and the free service line wasnīt open anymore and why the hell am I explaining this anymore.
