Default How to get rid of the cold!
I am dosed with the cold at the mo and ahve alot of work to do for uni but am getting nowhere! anybody got any wierd way to get rid of it?

I dont think theres any quick cures for colds. Just drink lots of fluids and get plently of sleep, suppose thats not a lot of good to you right now :s

Apparently chicken soup helps. Drink lots of fluids and take paracetemol. Honey helps too, you can drink that with nice hot tea.

Orange juice usually helps me feel better--usually, but not lately. If you're prone to colds start taking a B-complex and C vitamin in addition to a multivitamin. Any over-dose will be flushed out of your system.

stay as warm as possible, drink lots of lemsips, and also have some honey

to be honest with ya princess, i never got round to trying it, but i know a lot of people always say its good for you when you have a cold....i always remember you tellin me to have some, but me mum would never go out and buy none for me
