Default How was your weekend?

I know, I know ... this topic seems to be back every weekend but it's fun I think ...

I went to Night of the proms this Friday ...
For those who don't know it ... It's a show with several artists + a orchestra and choir. They play classic music (was pretty boring this year ! Esp. the first part !) and the artist themselves play 3-5 songs with their band + the orchestra ... Atmosphere was great. I went with my youth movement ... First part we were waaay to far from the stage as we got there 4 minutes before the show started ... Too many traffic and people arriving too late on the bus Anyway, he did had many dance-space hehe It was fun ... In the break we moved forwards and got 2nd row
En Vogue's Free your mind was great !!! There other songs were pretty good too ! INXS was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing !!!! The new singer rocks ! I know I know ... Michael was great but I think the new one does a great job as well ! Toto was surprisely good. I didn't knew much of their stuff (at least I thought so, cause when they were playing, I was like 'aaaah yes I know that one' ... Didn't expected a lot from them but was fun anyway !
John Miles is there every year and his Music was my first love is still the headlight ! Very nice with all the lights and orchestra ... Too bad they started the proms with it ... it something you have to look forward to but was nice anyway ...
Clouseay (Belgian band) was the surprise-act of the evening and made the atmosphere verrrrry good. Looking forward to their gig in December !

That was my friday-evening ... On Saturday I went shopping (didn't bought anything though) and too a party with some friends. Party could have been better, could have been worse ...
Anyway ...

How was yours??? I had one of the best in weeks !
