The method I use is getting just a tiny bit of HCGhormons every day for 23 days. With a diet of only 500 cal. No fat, sugar, no bread or milk or potatoes. All I ate was just 2 pieces of fruit, 200 grams of fish or beef, and lots of vegetables. It is a method used by several private clinics and works. Today I start again using hormones for 12 days to get rid of the last 10 pounds and after that I reduced myself from size 44 to 38( that`s 4 sizes smaller).
It feels so good to be back to where I started 20 years ago
