I cant ride a bike!

Its known as clumsiitis I suffer badly from it myself! Its also known as a total lack of co ordination...Probably why Ive also failed my driving test four times..oops

And make sure you're using the rear wheel brake first too.

Some people just don't get it. I have a Mother who has never been able to ride a bike. She was too poor to have a bike when she was young but she tried to learn when I was young - she was only about 23-24 years then. Then I tried to teach her when I was about 10 without any luck and even later on my husband tried to teach her when we were in college. After she was about 45 years old I just gave up on her. She ice skates and roller skates but has no confidence in her balance on a bicycle.

All I can say is practice-practice is what it takes. Once you learn, you never forget it.

Once when I was drunk I biked in to tree.
It was not fun, and a lot of people teased me for a long time.

When it comes to riding i bike i can't think of anything more unglamorous.

After a few years (10 ? 15 ? lol) without any "practice" I can't ride a bike anymore ... i'm sure if i try hard i could do it again but each time i tried it was dangerous. Roller stakes ok, skateboard ok but bike .... no ! isn't this strange ?

i cant ride a bike. i got my leg caught up in the chains on my brothers bike when i was little and it ripped my leg open. im scared of them now. but the last few summers my little sisters have tried to teach me but i just cant do it. i think its pathetic that i cant ride too.

plus the seats hurt.
